Season Deez exists because great ingredients keep getting lost between the farm and the plate. A sourcing relationship built with care, a compound that took years to coax into usable form, a flavor profile that has no name yet — these things deserve to travel further and reach more mouths than they usually do. We protect those ingredients by working with them directly, naming the people who grew and crafted them, and giving them a context where they can be fully themselves.
Deez Drops is not a catalog. It is a provenance record — a living document of every collaboration, source relationship, and derivative that has come through this kitchen. Some drops come from chefs who called with an idea. Some come from producers whose harvest needed a story. Every entry in the lineage is named.
